Payments
The following means of payment are available for participants:
- Bank Transfer
- Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
- Pay Pal
Upon completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Please, do not send any payments by bank transfer without quoting the invoice number and the participant’s name included in the payment details. Payments without the required reference information cannot be processed.
Your participation can be confirmed only when the registration fees have been paid in full.
Participants whose participation fees have not been settled by the first day of the event will not be granted the entry.

Booking Changes and Cancellation
Cancellation of Participation in the HTC 2026 and Refund Policy for Participants
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing via e-mail to the following address: VMSSupport@dlr.de
Please, refer to the following important cancellation deadlines for the onsite participation:
- Until 31 March 2026: 90% refund minus 50 Euro of the administration fee;
- Until 20 April 2026: 50% refund minus 50 Euro of the administration fee
- After 20 April 2026 there will be no refund.
Please, note that refunds will be made after the 12th International Conference on High Temperature Capillarity (HTC 2026).
Cancellation or Booking Changes for the Welcome Reception and Optional Evening Buffet in the GenoHotel
If you have registered for the welcome reception on Sunday, 3.5.2026 and/or optional evening buffets in the GenoHotel on Monday, 4.5.2026, Tuesday, 5.5.2026 and/or on Thursday, 7.5.2026, and need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us via e-mail to the following address: VMSSupport@dlr.de
Please note that for the organizational reasons changes to existing bookings and/or cancellations are only possible four weeks before the event (until 03 April 2026).
